Tyler’s message to you;
“A vital part of treatment is helping patients to develop an understanding of the workings of the body inclusive of nutrition and exercise to ensure you fuel and move your body optimally for recovery and wellness. I make sure my patients have their concerns answered, understand their diagnosis and walk them step by step through their rehab to achieve their goals. This may include prescribed physical or cognitive exercise, dietary advice and hands on treatment.”
